providing stabilization, maintenance, and sustainability to reunify
In very rare instances, a child protection call will result in the removal of the child from their immediate family. In this case, we provide a hardworking, dedicated Child Wellness Team that strives to empower parents and reunify families.
The team consists of a Delegated Advisor, Reunification Coordinators, Youth Reunification Coordinators, and Family Service Workers.
Together, we all work to keep kids in community and connected with their families.
Once a child protection inquiry is made, Community Navigators are the first point of contact. Our Navigators can:
