Operations Team Leader

Full-Time | 35 hours per week | Permanent | Wage Range: $42.89 - $48.88

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking a passionate and culturally grounded Operations Team Leader to join our team in Merritt, BC. Reporting to the Operations 
Manager, this role is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing operational services including occupational health and safety, emergency services, security, administrative 
support, and vehicle maintenance. The Operations Team Leader ensures productivity and efficiency so public-facing employees can best support their Relations.
